yep, thats right.

2.50 has rendered all my lovely avi's a hideously grainy black and white mess, i'm importing
some new shit now to see if its still the case, but i'm not hopeful.

Nope, all my files play properly. I think its more a problem with your video files than the new update.

My files don't work properly either. Maybe they don't play properly if the TV they are being played on is on of the old low def CRT TVs, as that seems to be the case with me.
