Holy shit.

PlayStation.Blog just announced some preorder bonuses for LittleBigPlanet, and they're all lame, except for one. THE KRATOS SACKBOY.

Screw the Nariko one; she's just a poor man's (or girl's actually) Kratos. The change purse has a cool graffiti design, but it's still a freaking change purse. The sticker book is like... dude. I'm not five years old. And the mini guide is just a throwaway.

All I need to know now is which store I preorder from to get it.

i do not understand why this is so amazing. nothing appeals to me about LBP except the ability to create things...sackboys...no.

Well, as a huge fan of God of War and someone totally stoked for LittleBigPlanet because of its charm and potential for both creativity and infinite free DLC, this is one of the best preorder bonuses I've ever seen.

could i make obscene sexual things with this game? is there any limit to what you can do with the creative content?

Yes. They said you can filter content and send "adult" levels to friends if you want. Obviously there will be rules, but if I wanted to build a penis forest level as a joke and send it to a buddy, I totally could.

LOL. man i'm going to make like gaping vagina pitfalls. i read something about making money off your created content..but that sounds shady. when has that ever been done in a game?

Yeah, I'm wondering how that'll turn out. If they give people the ability to charge for levels... it's going to become a shitstorm of people charging for crap. Worse than horse armor and worse than paying for cheats.

They said they won't do it at launch though, so we should have a good long while before anything materializes.

i believe in that your head exploded and misread the message, dlc. DLC. read a bit before your head explodes in excitement.

if you produce quality content and have a name built for yourself due to your rad content then maybe the option of selling your stuff, not everybody will be able to do this, only a select few. try not to release blog after blog either like you just did.

See, that's good. I didn't want it to be some dinky plastic sackboy. I wanted it to be in-game.

And I released two. I sat on my Spider-Man 3 one for a couple of days, then after I posted it, I saw the Kratos LBP thing and it's like, if I wait, then it'll become old news. So I had to. But it's not something I wanted to do or intend to do again.

Oh, and about content, yeah, I've heard that it would only be for the best of the best, but it's still treading on thin ice. DLC can go so wrong as we've already seen.

@ROBOTFART: That would be so awesome. So instead of just punches like the other sackboy variants, the blades could just swing around. Nice.

i'm about 99.99% sure this is just an in game item. not an actual physical kratos sackboy.

Well kudos to Lark Ohiya; it looks great.

And Coffee, yeah, it's in-game. A physical thing would be cool though, but this is something you'd actually use rather than being decoration. Can't really do a lot with an actual sackboy, but I can definitely see the charm in it.
