Dear Sir/Madam, I recently got your letter regarding the issues you have been having over the past few days with Xbox LIVE. Wait, no I didn't sorry, I read it on some website as you haven't actually sent me anything. Regardless, I would just like to say that you appear to have, once again, let a magic 8 ball decide the best PR strategy for your screw up. Firstly, you haven't admitted your epic failing. You knew exactly how many consoles you have sold and you knew exactly how many people would hop on Live during the holiday season, yet you still got caught out? Why? I can only assume bad management and the fact you know people like me don't have much of a choice. Instead of saying “oh, we're sorry.” you said “oh, we're just to fucking awesome, aren't we?”. That does leave a slight sickening feeling in me if I'm honest. You are disappointed at the fact you blatantly screwed up? No you're not, your disappointed you were caught out offering a sub-par service. Secondly, instead of giving me money back, you will be offering me a full Xbox LIVE game. A full one you say? Well, great! I have been wanting to buy a few for a while now. What was that? I don't get a choice? So you're not really giving me anything are you? No. Thanks for all your hard work, I want a PS3 now. At least I know off the bat that they don't give a crap about their customers. Fuck you. hugs and kisses angrydrox

But yeah that would suck ass bad, ive got halo 2 for "windows live" but I rarely even bother playing it cause it's not good for pc, I assume WL will have the same problems so I'm avoiding it!
Well, aside from the PSN being down for half a day on or immediately after Christmas, I haven’t had any issues playing online.
Wait, that’s a lie. Trying to play CoD 4 on New Year’s Eve was quite annoying, but I’m assuming that’s more of an issue with Infinity Ward’s servers (or lack thereof).
Also, I’m not trying to be an ass, but here’s a tip: “your” =/= “you’re”. (And just to clarify, “=/=” is the internet equivalent of “does not equal”.)
