*Live blogging because I want to look like I'm doing work. Also this has turnd into my notepad.

Notes: Currently on the train en rout to Birmingham. Annoying missed out on breakfast due to lack of milk. No, that's not relevant, but I have little else to talk about at the moment. I hope the food is nice and cheep (fat chance). As far as I can tell, the event is going to be all about Codemaster's MMOs; Lord Of The Rings Online, Archlord and D&D Online. There is mention of RF Online, but I have no idea what that is (ie: I'm assuming it's similar to every other MMO ever).
I'm also kinda nervous about how I'm going to get into this event. Jim has assured me that my name is down for a Press Pass and all I have to do is give my name, but I remain sceptical.

Notes: Turns out Jim was organised enough to get me in, and now I'm sat (by myself) surrounded by PR people who all know each other. They asked me about doing interviews with people (FWAAA?). Seriously... wtf do I ask? I've ben put in a group of people who are all older and smarter than me... so I'll just stfu and sit quietly at the back. Just looking down the list of people here there looks to be all the big names in UK gaming, PCFormat, PC Zone, Eurogamer, Gamer TV, Xleague.TV,Games Radar (I wonder if David is around, pleeease turn up) oh, and me. There are also lots of people in LOTR cosplay. Which is strange. I also got to skip the queue, which made me feel batter than all the people who are still outside.
I think I am meant to be walking around and talking to people I met at some other function when some famous person got drunk, but I have no idea who the fuck these people are. Also... the bar is about 2m away. I'm currently trying to look like I'm doing work and hiding behind my laptop... oooh, free food.
Also, the dev teams are here, but I cant for the life of me remember who developed which game.

I have not only just found free wifi which hopefully works, but also really awesome comfortable seats. This building (Omega Sektor) is awesome, appart from the fucking loud techo-techno-pounding-beats it has a fuck-toon of UV lights... my haifr is UV, as such, I am the fucking coolest peron here.

Also, I just saw an Aragorn look-a-like playing LOTRO, it was the most bizarre thing I have seen in a while.
