Over summer, as some people may know. I was living and working in London as part of a summer placement. Now, not wanting to take my main PC down with me I decided to make a new one. I had all the parts I needed (left over from upgrade, scavenging etc) apart from PSU and case. £10 PSU and I had everything to make it run. I looked into getting some small cases, not wanting to carry a massive one around, but alas couldn't find one. Until I found the box. I think it is from Thorntons and contained, at one point, an Easter egg. That's not important, the important thing is that it was the perfect size. After 2 days of cutting, screwing and toying I finally had myself a fully working, fully portable PC built into a cardboard box. It lasted up until the very last day of my accommodation before the (very old) mobo gave up.
