Anyway, about me...
My name is Jack Ninivaggi AKA Wandering Pixel, and I'm here to rock your world! Or at least cause some sort of tremor.
I live over on the east coast in New Jersey. My favorite types of games are those that have great writing. I'm going to college right now and plan on majoring in either communications or literature. When I'm not playing games I'm either reading a book or comic, watching a movie or sleeping. I'm a huge fan of animation and my favorite thing to do is watch old animated films, I'm also a theater geek, and frequently make trips to New York to watch the latest musicals and plays on Broadway. one day I plan on making a living by writing, though I haven't yet decided what kind of writing I want to do. Anyway, this is my blog. Enjoy!

Though i do like the idea of the joker being infuriated when batman decides not to play his games.
Wait. That would be a terrible idea.
But seriously, interesting idea. Really, anything would be better than what we got. I would accept Joker riding around a dinosaur and throwing javelins at you if it made for an actual boss fight.
batman may refuse to play games with the joker but its never at the expense of innocent lives, and even then i can't see joker getting panicky. hed just blow both collars and leg it anyway while batman had his back turned.
still, like i said, its certainly a more interesting idea that titan fight #6.
also, @suitcoatavenger: best joker boss idea i've heard yet! :P
More about your alternate ending though... Truthfully it's just dumb because no one actually knows the Oracle is Barbara Gordan. Even Robin didn't know for a good time. Maybe if it was Gordon and Cash?
Either way I enjoyed the original, even if it wasn't the best part of the game. At least it wasn't a vehicle driving boss battle. THAT couldve been terrible.
Huh.
I'm not pretentious enough.
@Suitcoatavenger
Yeah; I got Bane at the end, but my friend got Killer Croc. I could be wrong, but I thought that there was a fourth character?
The problem is working from the set-up of the AA confrontation. I only marginally cared more about Oracle than Gordon, and I really wouldn't care enough about either to be motivated to save them.
I'm a hardcore Batman fan, so I care very deeply about the characters. But I can see how this scenerio ending may not have the same emotional impact for non-fans.
But it's better than the actual ending, and if the whole game was spent building up to it, it could work quite well.
Gotcha.
I'm with you, i quite liked the ending and how joker get's infuriated that batman wont turn to beat him so he does it himself, and leaving it open to a sequel was inevitable but still well done.
@wanderingpixel
It's not a bad idea but as it's been stated joker wouldnt know who oracle was. Plus after already retiring her to her role as oracle in the first place, it's a little harsh, leave the poor woman alone.
If enything i'd make the game longer in the middle rather than change the ending.
and on a seperate not if any sequel doesnt put Nightwing somewhere into the mix i'll be a little hurt. It must be far enough along in the canon to allow this because of other people/events already in the game.
