A quick update:

*Development moves along with gusto as cool stuff is accomplished every day.

*About 6 people are active on the project at this time, and churning out top notch stuff including some absolutely stunning sprite work.

*Any leftover placeholder graphics from SM are long gone... the game is now 100% new graphics from the ground up, with the exception of some basic Samus sprite frames, of course.

*Every last element, down to the smallest enemy, has been given the deluxe treatment with incredible detail, animation and variety of poses.

Nice work your doing on SR388 VR, but I have one thing that's been buggin the hell outta me about every Metroid game I've played(and beaten) you notice that you can fire off an unlimited amount of missiles(until you run out) and the gun never over heats from it.
I know the suit is a Chozo advanced solider power armor but still it should have it's limitations as to it's over heating capabilities. Though it could just be me thinking on the realism here

Please oh respectable ones grant us the ability to shoot downward, play with out the power suit as a reward for beating the game, and throw something new in there like the ability to actually fly Samus' craft for once. I've been wanting to do so for so very long. I actually played a modded rom of the Super Metroid game where I could shoot downward and play without the power suit; it was quite interesting. Sadly I do not remember who made that mod so i am unable to throw out the proper props. On a side note, just to throw it out there, I hated space jump. It took away alot of the fun for me and I just never felt it was an exceptable ability. That is just me though. Cower in the presence of the mighty Screw Attack!!! I always loved the Screw Attack; It made going back through previously visited areas fun and a breeze. Thank you.

Alright alright, I actually respect you more for the fact your not spoiling anything for me. I would actually rather not see anything else until final development, last phases that is. And even if you didn't show anything until release... I'd still love to rape your mind like Dyson.
