As long as this is better than that God-awful Magic action game, then it'll be really good.
Also, I freaking love your header. :D
I love my header, too. :D
I've actually been playing that old Xbox one and loving it. It's not much of a Magic game, but I love crossing the middle and smacking my opponent's face with my staff. It's kinda like Volleyball with Magic spells.
all right...I quit playing magic when they decided the old designs didn't look good anymore. It might be that its too long since I've picked up a card, but what's the +1 -1 -4 stuff on Garruk?
@Manasteel
Eh not sure, I think that's a new gameplay element in the latest set as those aren't on my set cards I bought last year... Guess I'll find out, this is day one purchase for me, $10 is a good deal for some descent online magic games.
Garruk Wildspeaker is a Planeswalker card, a new type of card (type as in creature, land, instant, etc) entirely.
Essentially, you play a Planeswalker and it gets a number of loyalty counters equal to the number in the bottom corner of the card. Each turn, you can play one of its abilities, which will add or subtract that many loyalty counters from its current total. When all of its counters run out, it dies.
They might look pretty broken at first glance, but your opponent card attack them as though they were another player and deal damage in the same way. Still, some of them are pretty damn nice. Here's all the Planeswalkers currently printed (I can't link because of the brackets in the URL):

I don't know a god damned thing about Magic but have always been curious. I'm very happy to hear that this will only be $10, I was fearing upwards of $20. Thanks for the tip.
do want.
Nicol Bolas will end you.
I shall have to pick this up and play a few people, I was seriously hardcore back in the day, but the new rules just confuse me a bit.
Also, seconded on the header, it's just epic.
Thank fucking god. I would feel stupid spending more money than that.
Whoa those planewalker cards are no joke, I wish they let us choose which planewalker we get since I only play with white decks.
"I only play with white decks."
Racist. How do you live with yourself?!
