This is a quick blog. I'm not going to talk about how Flower players or what the game is about; these are both things you can figure out yourself when you buy the game. I'm just posting this to say that it's one of the most emotionally powered games I've played in my lifetime. If Braid was the masterpiece to show us how a videogame could make us think, Flower is the one that will teach you how a game can make you feel. I already feel that much like Braid before it, Flower will be my game of the year.

So download this now. Once I've had the chance to go through it again I may make a post describing what exactly it does so masterfully, but I don't think I'll be able to express in words the ways the game affects you. It's just amazing that if right now I had to tell someone why to buy a PS3 or 360, both reasons would be available for download at under $15.
