Shin Oni generously decided to hold a contest where he’s offering a copy of Persona 3: FES to someone who wants the game badly enough. And let me tell you, I want this game BADLY. Why should I get it?



I’m a broke-ass teen
I’m a 16 year old jobless teen and have no money to my name whatsoever. On top of this I get little to no money from my parents besides money for school lunch hours. I get my games from my three older brothers all of which have full-time decent paying jobs. The catch is they have to play it too so in the end it’s more like borrowing than owning (the last game I actually bought myself was Dead or Alive 4 for your information). With them being heavily into their 360s and for the most part not into RPGs whatsoever I have no chance of getting the game "the usual way" so to speak.



I only have one PS2 game
Not much to say here. I’ve played most of the games the PS2 has to offer from friends but I only own a single PS2 game, and that is Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter. Yeeeeaaaahhhh….



I’m sick and tired of the same old game
I’m finding everything so damn repetitive. Even GTA4, in all it’s win has let me down. Persona 3’s premise is fresh and original and has that quirky charm to it that only the Japanese could accomplish. Persona, you are the answer to my prayers.

Now this isn’t a valid argument. I could, you know, get off my lazy ass and get a job. But I find myself stressed after school and video games keep me from going apeshit over some of the fucktards that go to my school. I don’t balance activities very well and I’ve killed off football and relationships because of this. I am as a fact getting a summer job where the hassle for grades is nowhere to be seen but considering the game Oni’s offering I doubt I’d find a copy easily by then.

So do I deserve it? No, I don’t. But I do want it and I’m pretty sure I don’t deserve it any less than most of the guys here at Destructoid. So I’ve got my finger’s crossed. June 12th, here I come.
