Greetings out there once again Dtoid Nation….
I come to you this evening with a heavy heart….ok, not really, however, I do come to you with a heart….ok, I’m not gonna lie, I don’t have a heart either, I’m a robot of course. However, my visual perception sensors do tear up every time I see a newbie bot joining the Destructoid Nation and failing in epic proportions. My goal here, is to help not only this newbie in question, but to help future iterations of the newbie bot, so that they may one day grow up to be big strong Robot like our great leader, Mr. Destructoid. Mr. Destructoid has 1 simple rule; DON’T SUCK! It doesn’t get any easier than that, however, these poor little newbie bots clog up the cblogs day after day, and then whine and cry when they get flamed. So, I think it’s time that someone takes a step up (even if they are the flamer) takes these wittle defenseless newbie bots under their wing, and set them on a path destined for greatness. Lets Get Started… 
One of the many things the newbie bots don’t know, is that Destructoid.com is just like any other social networking site, or social clique you may encounter. You must be accepted, but before being accepted, you must go threw a vicious cycle of hazing, you will be told you suck even if you don’t suck. You will be told you are a failure even if you are not a failure. You must be able to take the hazing, dtoid operate like a fraternity, and you are the low man on the totem poll. Get used to it, there is nothing you can ever do to bypass this, I went through it (dear god did I go through it and still do from time to time), and you will too. Just don’t let it bother you, and it will pass (for most of you)..WE SMELL……….. WEAKNESS 
The great Dtoid Nation, ‘ONE nation, under robot, with buttsecks and gaming for all’. Just like any true Nation out there, many of us would love to take over the world, so don’t be that weak link that slows down the progress. Any type of group is only as strong as it’s weakest link. We smell weakness, we feed on the weakness and fear of others. However, if you are weak, and decide be a fucking ‘an hero’…well…

OK newbie bots, listen up, we totally understand how hard life must be for you at this point and time. All this is soo new to you, everything is all shiny and you just want to tell the world how you are feeling…well, by all means, don’t. We understand you have problems, we have problems too, however, hearing about your problems do not help our problems. So keep your problems and personal robot sexcapades to yourself. Last but not least Newbie Bots, to make everything go as smooth as possible Don’t be this guy 
OK guys, in all seriousness, this was just posted for a few lulz, however, how satirical it may be, it is some good words for new folks that come to the community. I know when cblogs first launched, that’s what got me heavily active in the dtoid community. I’m not a fan of forums, so I never read them, and I never really got too active in posting comments. Cblogs however has been the place I have made my home. I’ve enjoyed the weekly features by members of the community such as Necros and his weekly Rantoid. I love that we have a weekly gaming event, known as Friday Night Fights. And of course, anything by Ron Workman. I have gotten several messages from new people in the community for giving them a hard time. I know I’m not the only person that has received these messages. I just want to give all those people out there who are soo butt hurt about a little ribbing some advice… The internet is not serious business! Unfortunately popular demand is not always correct. Anyway, feel free to leave your hater-aide in the comments below, because as most of you know, I get a lot of shits and giggles out of it! As always, have a great evening Dtoid Nation, And Happy Gaming! Notice: I will be on Halo 3 tonight for the next few hours, if you are up for some good ole slayer/team slayer, my GamerTag is tehArtist. Further Notice: I hope to bring you GamerWhore v3.0 prior to Friday Night Fights tomorrow night if I can pull myself away from Halo3 for a couple hours. Whiteboy, in the simplest terms possible, stop being so butthurt about people who poke you with the proverbial stick, and people will stop making fun of you. Also trust me, I'm not the ONLY one.
I was just going to say something about how I don't mind the minutia posts of peoples day to day gaming stuff but then backflip10019 posted something about Joel McHale being funny.
I love The Soup too but what in the fuck has it got to do with ANYTHING about games. Why don't we all start posting about the shows we like and turn this into a TV community?

There is no escaping this stuff, it is hardwired behaviour which is why every social community or group is basically a scale invariant reflection of High School. So no matter how hirsute the scrotum may be, this will always occur the worst part is in that we will all do it, even if we know better.
Lastly whiteboys responses were a given because humans are terrified of ostracism, as in the old days it meant death. So we are hyper-vigilant and paranoid about it. Even when we are told it is fake we respond as though it is real. The other response is hostility toward the group so expect some terse exchanges with whitey for a while.
