My store has 53 regular edition 360's and 27 regular edition ps3s.
Then it boils down to 9 SE 360's and 3 SE Ps3's
Just a matter of where you live I think. Here in Tennessee, not that many people are XBox fans, so all but two of my friends only own ps3s. The others own 360s.

That's why I ordered off of Amazon. It just shipped a few hours ago.

I ordered from Amazon UK and its on track to arrive on my doorstep tomorrow morning.
18? Are you kidding me? We have 250 reserves on the 360 regular alone. We live in a tiny ass town too. wtf?!

I'm hitting up Futureshop tonight at midnight so I can pick it up (PS3).
In about 4 hours im heading to my local gamestop to wait another 2 hours to get the game. PS3.
Interestingly i talked to one of the managers there, and he said that during the midnight release for Halo 3, his store did over 15 thousand dollars worth of business that night alone. I guess that's what happens when you live in a college town.

The store is a video rental/game store and within 10 miles of it there are 5 Gamestops and two Best Buys and one Circuit City so I am not surprised that they don't have a ton of pre-orders but I still find the numbers interesting.
I assume in smaller towns you probably have less pre-order options hence numbers would be higher at each store.

@teach4food, no sorry i didn't ask him about that, probably should have, i imagine there will be a huge crowd, seeing as they told me i should get to the store 2 hours before midnight tonight. oh well it gives me time to study for my final tuesday at 2.
@brainderailment- more than likely, i haven't played the game for more than an hour or two, and i'm not great at it, i played a game that was set up by zombiekiller i believe, and so who knows. why do you ask?
Here in the UK the SE is online only, which they helpfully decided earlier this month. So a lot less people will get the SE over here.
