so i got a copy of opoona early and i've been playing it the past couple days. i'm sorry to say that it's not the rpg for wii that you've been waiting for. it's like, an rpg for people who have never played rpgs. like for people in nursing homes who play wiis. or, 8 year olds.
okay maybe that was a little harsh. but really, i've been giving it a chance and it's just way too simplistic. you only have to use the wii nunchuck to control everything: attacks, items, menus, etc. the wiimote just sits there, you do nothing with it. i literally got so bored at one point i decided to lay down with a bag of cheetos on my stomach and play half-assedly from a naptime position. and then i turned my head the other way and didn't even look at the screen during a battle, just kept flicking the nunchuck analog stick and lo and behold, i still won the battle.
i dunno, maybe if i stick with a bit longer, it'll get better....? although i'm pretty pessimistic at this point...
At least it's not a minigame collection, right? :D
What's the rest of the game like? Really, all you told us was that it's easy.
Mass Effect? lol
ok, the levels weren't awkwardly designed, moreso just not designed at all (there were, i think, 4 layouts for 15+ side missions)
oh man
Oh well, if its bad gives me more excuse to force myself into Crisis Core.
