The ammo and points aren't shared between players anymore - Everything is duplicated for both people playing. It doesn't even feel like co-op, it feels like two people running around aimlessly. Just because of that, this'll probably be a single player experience for me.
If you have to make a Top 10 list to convince people that the RE 6 Demo isn't shit.
That means the game is shit.
I don't remember seeing any Top 10 Actual reasons to love Batman: Arkham City.
Ya know why? Because the game kicked ass and everyone knew it

Since this is a reply to that, I'll use the exact same comment: "RE:4 is one of my all time favourites, even though I adore the original series too. Fucking despised RE:5 though. Even without the co-op options, it's just a shit game. So I'm kind of expecting this one to be too."
"As you can see, the developers have lost their damn minds" Agreed! "...and it's totally awesome". Erm, disagreed.
Did you find any aspect of the game scary at all?

Yeah man I'll have to side with Holmes on this one.
Since Mikami left it's a miracle Revelations was that good at all.
This one? I'd rather play Spec Ops or the next Tomb Raider.

Nice blog, you bring up some unique and interesting points. your enthusiasm for the game really shows though.
I especially like your point of view on the comedic value of the 'Dodge' moves, that's something I never really thought about until now. ( In hind sight Chris straight punch in RE5 did have comedic applications!)
I also agree on the graphics, the game dose look awesome.

Your positive interpretations for these points baffles my mind... Obviously, what you think is great completely differs from my thoughts. I didn't find RE5 remotely even good, let alone this demo acceptable.

Resident Evil hasn't been scary since Code Veronica. Even then, "CV:X" had super cheese and was not scary.
So basically, I'd say it hasn't been scary since 3. It's been action-oriented for a very long time.

There’s four things I like about the demo.
1. The way Leon slowly opened doors was a visual call-back to the old games.
2. Troy Baker.
3. Troy Baker.
4. Troy Baker.
Have I mentioned I have a serious man crush on Troy Baker?

It's not super scary or anything, but it really seems like gamers have turned horror games into some sort of cock-measuring contest of late. It doesn't seem to matter what game it is, there's always a contingent of people complaining how it's not even scary, but I personally really appreciate games that go out of their way to put together a foreboding and dark atmosphere, even if the rest of the experience isn't all that scary. I guess you could say it makes for a game that's more creepy than scary, but I feel like RE6 does that pretty well. A good atmosphere lets you sorta creep yourself out if you want. And, of course, all the zombies jumping out at you is fairly in line with the first couple games. They're pretty cheap scares, and they aren't as effective as they were in the older Resident Evils, but I do really enjoy the creepy atmosphere so far even if it isn't scaring me to death like Haunting Ground or something.

I liked Spec Ops too, I meant that if I'm going to play an action third person shooter, I'd rather play that one. It's actually one of the best this year.

I enjoyed reading this list and share your enthusiasm! =)
I, too, am enjoying the hell out of the Public Demo. I've played each campaign far too many times to count(or admit to). =)
I've been a Resident Evil fan(atic), since day one, so some may think I'm partial or biased to the series, but I'm not. Like with any video game series, I see and understand the games changes(and flaws) and have adapted to them. Much like 5, this sixth entry is getting unfairly criticized. That's okay. To each their own. Come October 2nd, I'll be in line anxiously waiting to snag my copy!
Also, Jake is elite. His melee combat combos are beyond bad ass.
