Despite the 'bad reviews' FFXIII got, i think this game is one of the best Final Fantasy game to date. Is it the greatest? No..

Well i think Square did something right when it came to the battle system shown in this pic below. LOOK AT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After they mauled it in FFVIII & XII which.. mauled is such a horrible word. Maybe terrible! I hated the junction system at first in that game, i just wanted to pull my hair out. FFXII could have had a few pointers from Chrono Trigger, if Square wanted it to look realistic then why all those annoying lines? I'm pretty sure you could turn it off but then you'd lose track of where your enemy went to. With FFXIII you didn't have all that annoying battle tactics.

Although for some people FFXIII is painfully linear, for me it doesn't matter. Even the levels were designed so badly that you were basically walking in a straight line for half of the game. Hmmm, it actually felt kinda nostolgic for me. It was like playing a Mario or Megaman game. Great one Square! And actually it occurred to me that the level designs were difficult to do either from the Ps3 lousy programming setup Sony has, i blame Sony! No...

..honestly its a small gripe that if anyone wanted to play a non-linear game there is tons others out there. I'm not one to even bitch about Vanille's annoying personality (hahaha i laughed at her, she's soo.. umm lively..)

Or that Hope is a little whiny homo that is mad at Snow for getting his mommy killed. Seriously? It was the mom's fault for not making sure the freaking floating thing was destroyed! You only blew up the one cannon or part of the floating thingy. RETARDS!

Ok i think im done with that part but those were my least favorite characters & Vanille well does have a certain interesting personallity, no matter how annoying she can get. Except when she laughs or giggles when she sees flowers, then she's just plain annoying. Sazh isn't your typical black guy, 'listen to me i like rap' or 'what you say about my mama n!gg@r!?' He's basically the exact opposite of Barrett, a nice guy.. except when you mess with his family he messes with your mind!!

Lightning is probablly my favorite she seems calm about most of the situations that arise & she reminds me of 'Alice' from the Resident Evil movies. And she has a gunblade! I like it more then Squalls. Snow.. well he starts off being a douchebag trying to get everyone killed by his 'fearless hero, i don't need a freaking plan' ideas. He does have a good attitude about what goes on in Pulse, better then i can say for some people. Hope, yeah he's just a whiny little homo at first but he starts picking up the pace during the course of the game.

Fang, is just that character you just want to keep slapping over & over again. She doesn't make any sense & i have no idea what im talking about here so lets just leave it as that. She's a good 'in battle' person.

Ok, so did i cover everything yet? Nope, i guess not the music rawks it's like metallica did the game music... no wait they didn't. Ok.. well umm apparently someone did create the music for the game, Square just didn't pull it out of its @ss. Well some people might have thought that seeing they prefer X's music over this. Gah! Too much noise!! Ok screw it, the music was great i think its a great addition to the series & people should shut up about it being horrible, its not horrible you have bad taste in music! No.. thats too awful, let me re-write that.

Ok, i thought the music was good. I liked most of it & except for Leona whatever the hell her name is that did "my hands" worst tribute to any game period! I almost vomited hearing that song. It actually makes me hate this game, oh i hate FFXIII sooo much because of that stupid, stupid,song! I find it offensive to the FF series!

Ok so i covered music, the graphics! The graphics look horrible. Just plain horrible. This makes FFVII look better. I coudln't even make out Sazh's face.. it looked.. like legos! Yeah, legos! Why would they make a FF game of legos i wonder?? Well maybe cuz they have lego star wars, lego star trek, lego megaman, lego.. you know what it looks like? CRAP! Total crap! Worst display of FF ever!

Naw, i enjoyed FFXII i think some people take FF too seriously. That was the whole point of this review. Granted i was a little annoyed by the lack of design (although it was beautifully done) & some of the characters were stupid in the beginning i thought they opened up quite well. Again i found the cons to be a little bit over-dramatic on how some people say this game is a disgrace to the FF series. I personally think they won a few slots over some of the other ones. But then again thats my opinion. I guess i have more respect for this game then most people do with the fact this game is linear. I say, get over it! If your not sure if you would like this game by all means rent it. While it may not be the greatest FF lived to date it's one i haven't had this much excitement for a FF game since VII. And so far its my 4th favorite FF game.

Then again if your one not to pay attention to reviews or take them seriously more power to you. I have learned, not to take them seriously. Most of them are jokes. Just like mine! =) So blah, blah blah blah, blah blah blah blah blah. Im sorry what was that?

P.S.2: I am not condoning any hate for this game, a few too many bad reviews sparked my interest of how reviews can just be a joke & don't need to be taken seriously. Or infact, followed. Just because someone says they don't like the game shouldn't make you decide to hate or avoid the game too. Play it first! ...come on! I dare you, just play it for a couple of hours. Or are you...... chicken! Bwak, bwak bwaaaaaaaaaaak!

P.S.3: If you don't own this system, don't complain about the 360's limitations.. it does perfectly the same thing that the PS3 does. It's like coke & pepsi! Ok, so maybe the 360 version doesn't have 1080p but still. It has cookies.

This is my first blog & i was wondering what should i write first. How about constant complaints against Final Fantasy XIII? I don't know where people get off 'hating' this game especially before it gets released probablly mostly due to the constant marketing of it or maybe 'its all show'. No offense but you haven't even played it! How can you rate something & not even play it. "Oh, well its predictable." Maybe some of us actually want to enjoy the game without this constant problem where someone is whining about how bad the game is. Somehow i think people are out to get those who are too immersed in their fun & excitement for FFXIII. I could say the same thing for World Of Warcraft. Now i never played WoW, but i don't find the reason for spending $10 or $20 a month to have it sitting among the programs installed on my computer for years on end.

As popular as WoW is i don't really get why so many are addicted to it like glue is to any surface. FFXIII will probably be the same for many. I am most likely among those. I haven't been anticipating a new FF since FFVII. Whether or not it was Square's intention for that is beyond me but just because this game looks gorgeous doesn't mean you have to hate it. I'm not expecting alot out of this game but it looks like it'll be one of the greatest Final Fantasies of all time. I found a cool video too, in Japanese. I kinda like the idea of them leaving it in Japanese, it doesn't spoil the plot.
