I did, i dont know exactly why, maybe its because I liked the universe better, and the gameplay as well, plus you get to sneak around more, but for some reason I just think its better.
Anyone else think the same?

Living the dream since March 16, 2006
I thought the gameplay in Riddick was more fun, the combat was more fluid and satisfying, but the way the Darkness delivered its story and plot really nailed it.
They were both great games, and I can't wait to see what Starbreeze does next.
Would I be correct in thinking that the 360 is getting an updated version though?
Riddick was a bit more like an action flick compared to The Darkness' story depth. But at least it didn't tease you with cool ways of using your powers at the end of the game, while you had NO CONTROL....
