I was watching the Super Smash Bros site awhile ago, getting giddy with excitement for the game. I basically. I said you know what, I'm playing super smash bros melee. Well I went to my game stack, I searched......It wasn't there. Figured it must be misplaced with my cd stack, I looked...It wasn't there. I was wondering where it could be. I searched up and down, everywhich way..... IT WASN'T THERE.

This is what I'm missing

Finally I gave up, and figured I'd just play Jet Set Radio Future.

but I still Crave SSBM

i love ssbm.

if ssbb has online multiplayer, i will buy a wii for it and end up losing thousands of hours of my life... in a good way.

i could never really get into the game. I dislike fantasy fighters like smash bros or Soul Calibur.

I'm still not sure whether I should pick up Melee now or wait for Brawl... from the looks of things, Brawl is going to blow Melee out of the water and then some, and I don't feel like having to unlock everything in two games instead of just one.

From what I understand, the GC controller is being recommended for Brawl.. which means don't bother with the other controllers.

I know I'm in a super small minority, but I prefer the N64 Smash Bros. to SSBM. I love all the new characters and options in the GC one . . . there really is so much to do in that one. I've just always felt the N64 one had tighter controls. I could land from a floaty jump with so much more precision in the older game.

Maybe I just never practiced enough on the new one.

N64 SSB was awesome too, but not nearly as polished as its big brother SSBM. SSBM is way more balanced, and the game mechanics are much much conistant... and I just generally love it.
