I was in an improv comedy troupe as a teenager. We were called The Raconteurs originally (this was back in the early to mid 90's, so no, we did not get our name from the band of the same name), then we later changed our name to No Vacancy which we stuck with until we disbanded for *cough*, creative differences.
Good luck and if I was in or around NYC, I would be there.

Y'know what, I hate to ask this off the cuff and out of nowhere, but make sure to let us know next time you're doing something like this - Montclair's less than an hour from me and I'd like to meet a fellow DToider one of these days. I would support were I in the area but sadly I am too many hours away in St. Catharines, ON far across the Canada. Good luck! I did stand up comedy twice back in school and it was friggn' hard. I miss performing and all.
