I know it sucks, I just bought it as you can see the plastic is still on the disk drive. but for some reason my Heat sink wont fit. I tried to use a 60 wat but it will only use 40 wat so I'm SOL. I can't wait to get it fixed though, then I can play the game LIGHT. Its gonna be EPIC. Hopefully I can win this rig, cause until I buy that new heat sink I can't play :(

November 15, 2002, is where our story begins.

9am, I wake up to a brisk morning and gather roughly 15 gamecube and xbox games ready to depart from my house to the beloved Gamestop. I had a purpose this day, and this purpose was to experience xbox live in its full glory. I waited and waited, my mother driving me as my car was dead that day (she even let me skip school for this monumental event for me) so as I waited the 15 mins of agonizing pain I was coming up with ideas. At the time my natural gamertag for Counter-strike and the like was a very bland Ne0S0nic. I had been using this tag for a short while but became attached as I love each and every gamertag I make. The thought occurred to me. What will my name be? So I began the thinking process.

Pissfish was the first gamertag that came to mind as it was my very first name I used on the "intrawebz" back in the day, but I became enthralled with the idea of a new name for a new start. My friend recently started going by the name Vash from the Trigun anime series, and I was curious to follow suit. Knives is a great name (cough cough knives digging that name buddy) but I decided I wanted a twist if you will. So what I did was look at the word backwards and became in love with the name. Sevink, it rolls off the tongue and personally no one realizes its knives backwards thus giving me a nice little cool twist. So far I have sevink@gmail.com and many other cool sevink tags. So this morning sevink would be my gamertag of choice.


Fast word to April 3 2008, my life as sevink might be ending soon. I've been in a clan for xbox 360 "Digital Mafia" and to fit in I put a nice little DM in front of my name. The thought never occurred to me that someone would "snipe" my name. I frankly love my blog and Dtoid so I figured I would go back to sevink and leave the DM out of it. When I tried to change, the dreaded words came before me. In use, so I did what anyone would do, I added him to my friends list to see how long he has been using MY name. 380 gamerscore and only played Halo 3.

Overall now that just "sevink" is taken I might have to come up with a new xbox live name. I'm a little picky when it comes to No dumb letters or numbers in my name anywhere but whatever, it was my dumb mistake in the first place. It just really sucks a name I had for a good 3 years (I haven't had DM in my name for long) is taken and used by a Halo 3 scrub. Oh well life will go on, but whats a good xbox live name? Any help suggestions?

Yes its true, I went out today to Ikea and bought a 100 dollar TV stand. It really makes the room look really nice. I know this isn't much of a post, but I direct you all to my earlier post for the old set up. It was pretty bad.

So, I picked the game up yesterday (and for free but thats a different story) I didn't get a chance to play it till about 10 last night, but when I popped in my AV cords and played this on my 42 inch, I gotta admit. I'm VERY impressed with this game. The combat is smooth graphics look great, my only question is, Why did it take so long for a game like this to be on the PSP? If we had more Triple A titles like Crisis Core and God of War the PSP would be selling like hotcakes. I'm going to keep playing till I write an actual review (I like to complete the main story line before I even attempt to getting my notes ready, but I gotta admit my first impression left me wanting more. Who else is enjoying Crisis Core?
