No. This was confirmed a while ago at the same time Infinite Undiscovery was announced I think. I'm betting it's timed though.
I knew they announced it for the Xbox, but were evasive whenever they were asked about exclusivity.

I remember them saying they might do a PS3 version and it wasn't decided, but it most likely would come out after the 360 version.
I hope it comes to PS3.
It was confirmed quite a while ago, but I really don't think it'll stay that way.
I really hope its timed, and it comes out on PS3 with added stuff, Star Ocean is one of my favorite series of games, I love everything about them, and I am super bummed its 360 only right now.
i hope it comes to ps3 as well, if it proves to be better than the last installment.
Don't believe the hype. Its a popular game, so know Sony have shares in SE, might end up on PS3 anyway.
