almost just got the MGS4 bundle from wal-mart, but wal-mart got me!

so, i go into wal-mart about 30 minutes ago and was looking at the ps3 games,just minding my own business when guess what was stuffed on the bottom shelf? That god damn bundle for 500 dollaroos. So me being the stupid guy i am knowing i already own a ps3 decided to buy it. So i asked one of the employees to get that bitch out....and guess what... she did without hesitation.

so i am like "hey fuck ya, time for some metal gear" but when she tried to scan for it it came up "cannot sale". But she went to her boss to double check and he knew what i was about to get so he told her to put it in the back and i didnt get it.

That just goes to show you....wal-mart wins ALWAYS!

This wasn't in Montgomery, AL by chance was it? One of the Wal-Mart's here had it for sale this past Saturday, I wanted to buy it but honestly, I just cant seem to justify 500 bucks for a game machine, especially since I've never cared for the Metal Gear series.

I think I may be the ONLY PS3 owner NOT getting MGS4. Other than Sly Cooper and BG&E, stealth games don't catch my attention (I have no patience).

Kinda surprised they actually had it out on a shelf. Normally when stores get this kinda stuff in it comes on a pallet with signs all over it with the date it goes on sale, movies tend to work the same way. As a former Best Buy employee I can vouch for that. Also I was there when one of our security guys bought the first Lord of the Rings movie on dvd the day before it was released, and got fired for it, classic.
