I'd say sod it and get both. Play Asia might save you money there.
If not, I'd say get Rhythm Tengoku first. Its a cool game that shows just how magic importing can be.
Daigasso is indeed a game we'll never see, because of licensing issues etc. Worth getting still. Whatever you buy, please do a Dtoid review for us.
Dreamcast shouldn't be too hard to find. I know a shop near me that sells them.
