the reason for wiiware is to help indie developers. what help is it if we steal what ever product they release
Nintendo doesn't need to worry about these exploits - they don't affect their core audience of casual gamers. Is soccer mom susie going to go into twilight princess and load a hacked save file every time she wants to play a wiiware game?
Yeah, Nintendo isn't really caring about this. Wii modchips have been out since shortly after the Wii launch and Nintendo did nothing to stop that.
