It seems to have become a scientific fact that if there is a character constructed with polygons on a pc game someone out there will use a program to crack the game open so they can play dress up or at least paint a nipple somewhere. With street fighter 4 now on the pc, the first wave of user created outfit mods have popped up.

Wow, some of these are incredibly cool, especially the ninja Vega one. Tatooed Akuma is very disappointing, though. I guess it's hard to improve on the design of an already badass, evil motherfucker.
