Ryu divulges: A humble room for sleeping and gaming.

I've seen alot of gaming rooms on this site, and alot of them are really packed with nothing but gaming stuff. From the walls to the shelves, it's pretty immediately clear that a lot of the owners of those rooms enjoy surrounding themselves with gaming images and stuff. And while I consider myself absolutely obsessed with everything and everything gaming, I tend to find myself not indulging in the large collector's editions and posters on my wall. Instead, I like to keep my room as a simple, yet effective way for me to game. So why don't I show you through my humble abode.

Here is my shelf. I've only reorganized it recently, it used to be a cluster fuck of PC boxes, books, papers, and stuff. Now though, I've gotten it to where its a nice shelf to stack my games for easy access. I don't have a digital camera, i had to use my cellphone for all these pictures, so the game boxes are probably too blurry for you to read, so I have a list of the games and stuff on my shelf here, and it goes left to right from top to bottom. Don't feel the need to reed every game here, this is a long list so please skip it if you want to see the rest of it now.

Gamecube:
Animal Crossing
Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
Luigi's Mansion
Madden 2002 (HAHA SPORTS MIRITE)

Whew. That took a while to type out. But I'm damn proud of my collection. Oh I almost forgot.

Soul Calibur 2, Rogue Squadron, And Jedi Outcast. I'm missing the cases for these. Oh well.

Here's my small collection of plastic guitars. I have plastic drums too, but they are in the closet next to them.

Here's my DSi. I really like this over my old DS PHAT, and if you too have one i recommend buying it. If you have a lite though, you have to ask yourself if you REALLY want DSiware. Chances are you might not.

Here's my PSP. It's pretty dusty cause I almost never use it.

And this here is the main event. This is what I use to indulge in my hobby. Along with the TV I have my

Xbox 360...

Wii...

And my PS2 and Original XBOX

This is my computer it's a Dell XPS with a Core 2 Duo Processor. It runs Team Fortress 2, so it's all I really need in a computer, although I know its not a slouch in graphics.

And this ends my tour. Honestly, I wish I could show more cool things, but thats the point of the humble room. I have my stuff to play games with, and not much else. However, I hope you enjoy this look into my room, and sorry for the long post because I felt compelled to give you the list of games. I'm just so damn proud of 'em!

Nice!
I actually have almost all my gaming stuff hidden away in cabinets and several large drawers... you would probably never know we were gamers except for the 2 PS3 units and the occasional controller lying around.

Very nice collection, and a nice set up. I'm a little envious of the sheer amount there is to this collection.

Nice setup, simple yet effective. I'm a little saddened to see that books only deserve one half of one shelf, though.

@char:

actually I have a shit ton of books, but they are all mostly stuffed in my closet. I only put a couple there on the shelf because I wanted to fill it out, and also they were sitting on the shelf already.

Efficiency is your name, clean setup man. No cool swag or figures or collectible things but hey that's cool, I don't have any of that jazz either.
