Have you seen that Newgrounds series, Super Mario Bros Z? The Axem Rangers play some of the bad guys. I actually didn't know they ever came out in any Mario games until now (how sad is that? I really need to get around to beating Super Mario RPG. It's been sitting in my Wii for two years now...)

@HB: I actually saw the first episode, but nothing more, and promptly forgot about it. I didn't dislike it, I was just occupied by other things at the time.
