About Me
I am hoping that I can be known as a great writer and actor some day, rather than a sex symbol.

My writing reflects the opinion of every corporation, company, individual, monsters, and gods.

Existence is random. Has no pattern save what we imagine after staring at it too long. No meaning save what we choose to impose.

Old School Games articles are pretty much worth reading. They say write what you know.

OLD SCHOOL GAMES

Hey there. When I was just two years old, I started playing these "video games." I got my own Nintendo Christmas 1989 when I was just three years old and I've not stopped playing games since. Now unfortunately, I get frustrated with the way a lot of games are these days. There are periods of time where I'd rather play my Sega Genesis than I would whatever new console is out. I'm just that into it and my super nintendo, my original "regular" nintendo, and occasionally I'll even go for the Nintendo 64 and Playstation. Not that I consider those two old school, 3D (or pseudo 3D) seems to be the dividing line on "Old School Games" but I do enjoy games from those two consoles as well. Same with the Sega Saturn and Dreamcast, Sega Master System or Amiga. Any system that has games worth playing or even systems that have only a handful like the Jaguar I'll play and probably find something to enjoy. I just like video games.

Now to me, old school isn't only about the look of a game. It is part of it, but not the only part. Looks never were important to me. Long as I can tell what to do and where to go, I'm happy. Storylines aren't important to me either. Its great if they have an interesting premise, but that's all I really go in looking for. Great when a game does have a storyline that isn't poo poo, but that seems rare. And even then, the ones I enjoy most have some amount of silly or cheesey moments. Sorry. I don't really listen to the game music or sound effects a whole lot, but if something sticks out to me I like to talk about it. For better or worse.

I love finding a new game I never played, so if you've something you think I would like, please by all means suggest it to me. If you want to just talk to me about old games, I can be a chatty fella. Just go ahead and try talking with me.

Anything I write about that doesn't seem like an "Old School Game," falls into Random Select. Generally I try to say how difficult or easy a game is to get into or if its in a certain genre. Find something you like that I wrote about tell me, I always love hearing that from people.
