The Game Launcher is in the XNA Creator's Club. It's in the New Arrivals.
TI, they want to turn this into an Itunes like game store where you can preview, buy and review games. It's great opportunity for indie developer to get on a home console
Very cool, I'll have to check this out. I'm very interested to see how the delivery is changing.
The terms of distribution in the past were: submit to microsoft and let them redistribute as creator's club and give out your source, plus for anyone to play they had to subscribe to the CC service.

Servers are slowwwww, well at least for me, I got into the download section and nothing would load.
Are the XNA games free?Or do we have to pay like 400 - 800 MS Points for it?Like I'm talking about when it's not only demos.
JellyCar keeps crashing my 360. WTF?
Jelly Car is fucking incredible. So is Dishwasher Samurai.
