Yo East Coast, where you at?
Hello, fellow D-toiders, my name is Andrew and I reside in New York City. It has been such an amazing experience being a part of this wonderful community. From my activities as a host of the Friday Night Fight events to becoming one of the community members responsible for handling the Destructoid NY group, coordinating East Coast meetups to helping the PAX meetup group, I have loved every minute of my time spent with this community.
Please hang out with other Dtoid members whether it would on the main site chat to your local Dtoid group. It can be life changing, trust me on that.

EA has announced what the first project Steven Spielberg will be. It is called Boom Blox for the Nintendo Wii. This is from the article:"EA has announced that BOOM BLOX, the first game developed in collaboration between EA and director and producer Steven Spielberg, is set for a May 2008 release for Nintendo Wii. This high-energy game features more than 300 levels, a cast of more than thirty wacky characters, and an easy-to-use in-game editor that allows players to express their creativity."
From Steven himself, “I am a gamer myself, and I really wanted to create a video game that I could play with my kids,” said Steven Spielberg. “BOOM BLOX features an enormous amount of fun challenges and cool scenarios for your kids to solve or for you to master together.” “My inspiration for this game came while I was playing the Wii for the first time,” added Spielberg. “From the initial concept to what the game is today, it’s always been built around the innovations the Wii brings to playing games. BOOM BLOX plays on the enjoyment of building and knocking down blocks, something that can appeal innately to kids and adults of all ages.” Pics next 
It reminds me a lot of a game Jenga with a few gaming conventions thrown in. I was hoping for something a little more epic from SS. What do you guys think? IGN
