nice that they get more music, just shitty you don't get to choose
30 bucks though?
Cost of those twenty DLC songs on the PS3 and 360= $40
You are getting a ten dollar discount. Don't be so cheap.
Nifty
Yeah, it's too bad that there isn't a good way to do digital distribution on those platforms if for this reason alone. I don't know that I could justify the purchase of this as there's really only about five songs on that list that I'd want to have. It's only a bargain if you like all of it.
This is cool, though I'm still smarting from the gimped World Tour. But Moonage Daydream and Siva? I'm almost there...
How is this working? Separate disc? So to play these songs you need to boot up a different disc and hope it imports save files? Then again, no BWT = fail anyway
I met the dude who posted that, Sean. He's a really cool dude.
CZ, as an owner of every RB songs, I would say that in terms of playability, there are only 4 songs that have issues in my opinion.
Jp, it is a separate disc and since there are no customizable characters there should be no worries about save file. I believe that this will be a separate game unto itself.
seriously, do you just refresh the Rock Band forums all day long? You're killing me here! And damn Sean and his getting stuff up from a press release before it hits my inbox. He's so fired.
good question jpitner. Would there be any reason to keep the Rock Band disc after getting this expansion. I assume that it will load your rock band saves, like its a full blown Rock Band game disc, with the extra songs.
It'd be nice if it let you hot-swap if you're picking a long on a different disc.
*song. I R SMRT!
Don't buy RockBand for Wii or PS2. Seriously it's crap. This is like Rocks the 80s all over again.
Go for the 360 or PS3 version.
Most of those tracks aren't bad at all, good to see that Wii owners will get to play some of the DLC, even if they can't choose what to get.
