About Me

Yo East Coast, where you at?

Hello, fellow D-toiders, my name is Andrew and I reside in New York City. It has been such an amazing experience being a part of this wonderful community. From my activities as a host of the Friday Night Fight events to becoming one of the community members responsible for handling the Destructoid NY group, coordinating East Coast meetups to helping the PAX meetup group, I have loved every minute of my time spent with this community.

Please hang out with other Dtoid members whether it would on the main site chat to your local Dtoid group. It can be life changing, trust me on that.

Rock Band DLC 5/13- Arts & Punk Edition-More Blondie and Clash, with the Debut of Sonic Youth
power-glove | 12:53 PM on 05.09.2008 12 comments

Words can not express my love for Sonic Youth. This week, they will be making their debut along with some familiar faces.

"The DLC for next week is $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points). It appears on Tuesdays on the Xbox 360 and Thursdays on PS3.

Hanging on the Telephone by Blondie (master)

Train in Vain by The Clash (master)

Kool Thing by Sonic Youth (master)"

These songs will not be in a pack but available separately.

Please HMX, chart the Chuck D part.

Also, this weekend is a 360 Play & Win Weekend for Rock Band. With a trip to the Bonaroo Festival up for grabs. For more info, go here

Hopefully the mix of Kool Thing will sound better than it did on GH3. Then again, the guitar was always way up for the GH games.

Kool Thing is probably a better Rock Band song than a Guitar Hero song because the drum fills are out of this world.

It's always the friendly and easy to know Clash songs. No Radio Clash, Magnificent Seven, Police on my Back, it's bull.

Kool Thing! I like the song but I've only heard it like 2 times in my entire life.
