well those songs suck
well... not their best, but kinda cool.
I agree with wardrox. Especially in Guitar Hero, I’d much rather have songs like “Just A Girl”, “Happy Now”, and “Different People”. But the point is moot for me; I don’t think I’ve bought a single GH III DLC track; it’s Rock Band all the way.
Whoops, that last sentence should read thusly:
But the point is moot for me; I don’t think I’ve bought a single GH III DLC track — it’s Rock Band all the way.
:(
@Samit - Your command of the language is laudable. I'm a fan of semicolons, but your revision may be one of the more grammatically impressive posts on D-Toid to date.
If you take "Excuse Me Mr." and replaced it with "Just a Girl" or "Ex-Girlfriend." I'd be sold even more than I am. Of course, I can imagine playing "Simple Kind of Life" would be cool too, or "Bathwater."
@Samit
Agreed, Rock Band all the way...
More Dragonforce and Metal bands in general is a perfect niche that Neversoft could take advantage of.
While Rockband caters for a more broader audience, they could tap into our inner metalhead for Guitar Hero alone!
@Crapsh00t: Haha, well thanks. That’s what I strive for!
@demios
But they won't because it's not about simple band promotion, it's licensing and contracts.
Both of which means we get crap.
Im not sure i want no No Doubts up in my muzak games...but that doesnt change the fact that i would to terrible terrible things to various parts of Gwen Stefani's anatomy.
I am impressed that they decided to stick with one of their quality albums, rather than any of the tripe that Gwen released after Tragic Kingdom.
Man, I forgot how beautiful Gwen's voice is. Shout out to the Sublime and No Doubt years. Ska is fucking great.
These songs are fucking Rock Band material.
Oh, and if Sublime ever comes to Rock Band I will gladly give some Rock Band employees blowjobs. So think about that, Harmonix.
We do need some No Doubt in Rock Band.
I'm surprised they haven't done a Dragonforce pack for GH3.
This would be so much better for Rock Band.
