New Street Fighter 4 Videos-New Character named Rufus

The people of Japan have gotten new arcade test machines for Street Fighter 4. This build of the game brings forth the return M.Bison and Vega. There is, also, another new character added to the mix. His name is Rufus. Below, are a couple of videos from the game.

The first video shows the new character off.

The next vid shows off El Fuerte.

I have nothing to say about the new info, but this is the first time I've ever seen the game running on an arcade machine.
