Yo East Coast, where you at?
Hello, fellow D-toiders, my name is Andrew and I reside in New York City. It has been such an amazing experience being a part of this wonderful community. From my activities as a host of the Friday Night Fight events to becoming one of the community members responsible for handling the Destructoid NY group, coordinating East Coast meetups to helping the PAX meetup group, I have loved every minute of my time spent with this community.
Please hang out with other Dtoid members whether it would on the main site chat to your local Dtoid group. It can be life changing, trust me on that.

Apparently, Jack Thompson went on Fox News this morning, claiming once again that he is a school shootings expert. He went on to accuse videogames for playing a role in yesterday's NIU tragedy. Please stop, we don't even have all the facts straight and you still go and blame videogames. There is no need or purpose for this overreaction. You need to stop preying on people's fear to further your own demented causes.

and B) Why hasn't anyone looked at the fact it was in Chicago(ish), and Valentines day - whats to say he wasn't just reading some "history" on the massacre and wanting his piece - also the meds.
Fox News, however, is not openly reporting the games angle. They're saying the shooter was off his meds and that's why he did it.
Good thing no one takes what FOX NEWS has to say seriously.
