Yo East Coast, where you at?
Hello, fellow D-toiders, my name is Andrew and I reside in New York City. It has been such an amazing experience being a part of this wonderful community. From my activities as a host of the Friday Night Fight events to becoming one of the community members responsible for handling the Destructoid NY group, coordinating East Coast meetups to helping the PAX meetup group, I have loved every minute of my time spent with this community.
Please hang out with other Dtoid members whether it would on the main site or chatting to your local Dtoid group. It can be life changing, trust me on that.

These are videos of a segment of the Glenn Beck show on the game Grand Theft Auto. Apparently, he thinks that society is going to hell because of a myriad of things including Miley Cyrus, Gossip Girl, and GTA. This guy can't even get his facts straight. Hey Glenn, there are more that three previous GTA titles. He even goes as far as to compare GTA to paper silhouettes in target practice. Way to go Glenn, it's no wonder why you have been relegated to CNN Headline News. The only reason I am posting this is because he is using his show not to have an open discussion on the game but rather use the segment as means to slander something he has no history with. Just look at the two guests that he has on, and I thought Fox News was bad.

Glenn Beck says lots of ignorant things that aggravate me and lots of things I agree with, but on the whole I still like his show because the things he says that I really hate aren't too popular which is a lot less frustrating. I think he's head and shoulders better than other conservative pundits, anyway.
I'm also aggravated by how he often takes this tone like you're retarded for not *already* agreeing with him.
I think it's terrible that they refer to it as a "simulator." It's not a simulator. It teaches you absolutel nothing, it's incredibly unrealistic. To say that these games encourage people to violence by inspiring them might have a reasonable arguement, but it's positively not "training" as they refer to it. That's just ignorant.
