Lovers of chiptune music, rejoice: Episode # 1 of STFUAJPGM is now available!
STFUAJPGM is a miniature mixtape and magazine with a focus on the freely distributed music within the chiptune community. We hope to explore an array of themes inspired by video game culture (and more) in each episode, by use of short articles, videos, pixel art, and of course: music.
This episode focuses on the story of a video game hero who's finally finished his epic quest. But isn't there more to a hero beyond killing thousands of enemies? I've always wondered what goes through the hero's mind once his story is over, and the credits role. I wonder if he regrets the decisions he's made. I wonder if taking the lives of thousands is a fair trade for hanging out with a princess.
