It's become obvious that with the soon to be release of Wave 4 on Xbox Live and the steady stream of bannings of modded Xbox 360 owners, that Microsoft is preparing to make another stand against modders. This time, it appears they're pulling out all the stops for the biggest release this year, Modern Warfare 2. However, it appears that the hackers have given a middle finger to the face of Microsoft by putting a leaked version of the game that will be a literal battleground between the modders and Microsoft; Modern Warfare 2.

That's right, this morning torrents sites all over the internet have a new game for pirates to play more than a week before its official release date. Modern Warfare 2 is your typical double-edged sword for the pirates. Play the game early to be the envy of those suckers that don't own a modded Xbox 360, but there's a good possibility of being banned from Xbox Live. Another fight is brewing and hackers have scored a direct hit against Microsoft.
