European VC Update: BEST WEEK EVER!! Edition

What do you get when you take 3 systems and one of the best platformers ever? You get this week's VC update my dear Europeans.

Game 1 - Fatal Fury 2
Neo-Geo - 900 Points

Top kicking teeth in action on the Neo Geo, that's all that really needs to be said I think. If you liked the first one then get this I suppose, or get it anyway as its a 2D fighter from SNK and those are always good.

Game 2 - Ninja Combat
Neo-Geo - 900 Points

Side scrolling beat 'em up with ninjas. Need I say more?

Game 3 - Nebulus
Commodore 64 - 500 Points

I think this is on the US VC under the name Tower Toppler, if not however then its a platformer in the mould of 'get to the end' games.

Game 4 - The Last Ninja 2
Commodore 64 - 500 Points

The sequel to The Last Ninja, which was put on the VC a few weeks ago. Liked then then you'll probably like this.

Game 5 - Alex Kidd in Miracle World
Master System - 500 Points

YES! YES! YES! If you thought I was rushing those 4 previous ones then you're absolutely right because I wanted to talk about this one. Bundled with the original Master System as a built in game and regarded as the proudest moment of Sega's first mascot its one of the greatest platformers of the 8-bit era in my opinion. Drop the 500 points immediately.

Why the hell does Europe get like five games a week and we get two?

Alex Kidd was great for a pack-in game. I played the hell out of the thing back before I found out that KB Toys had like the entire run of Master System games for like a buck each and bought them all.

I even got Phantasy Star for a buck. However, not knowing what I had in my grubby little hands, I went and traded the game for some stupid SNES game. I think it was Madden. I didn't even like sports games, I just wanted something else to play on my SNES.

I cry every time I think about it.

I downloaed -Everybody votes- and made a question that should (nintendo) VC titles revert back to their standdard 4 or 5 VC releases rather than stay the course of 1 or 2 VC titles.

..after that i deleted the channel because it was lame.

WHERE'S MY SUPER MARIO RPG AND EARTHBOUND, GODDAMMIT. I'M FINALLY PLAYING SUPER METROID(i also own zero mission,fusion,prime 1&2) BUT I WANT MOAR VC TITLES!

Cypher we have 227 VC titles, compare that to America's 229 and Austrailia's 218 and we're still doing pretty well for ourselves when you consider what we have and they don't.

South Korea only have 15.

But then, Japan have 326.

sorry, it's just that me and countless others are still butt-hurt over the fact the VC doesn't have EB and SM:RPG. And out of everything on the VC there are some great gaming gems amongst the rest of the crap out there in VC landz.

when i got my Wii couple days ago i hopped on VC and Dl'd: punch out(mr. dream ver.), super metroid(because i missed out), Starfox64 (because Starfox adventures and assault are good but not good enough XD- q_q no rumble) and yesterday Super mario 64 (since playing it on N64 was great, on the DS - a bit gimped)

other titles i need to rebuy since owning them on previous consoles:
mario kart 64, F-zero X amongst other titles that escape me at this moment >_>
