3 Things That Lowered My Faith In Gamers Today

1) I was able to walk into GAME today and find 2 copies of Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga. They have more copies of DDS than Persona 3. That isn't right.

Still, I got a copy for �8. It was actually exactly what I went in for.

2) Dynasty Warriors 3 costs �13 in there and there were a shitload of copies.

3) Within seconds of signing into Xbox Live (I turned on to play Triggerheart) I got 3 invites to play Halo 3. It hurts me that 3 people play it in a world where Call of Duty 4 exists.

I saw Super Monkey Ball running on an iPhone (exactly 01:00:00 into the video). That lowered my faith in closed mobile platforms.

Seriously. Until today, I would've killed to make a PSP game that wasn't guaranteed to be a financial disaster. Now I don't have to dream...

Sure, gamers have different tastes. These are mine by which I'm judging other people. I'm not being 100% serious with this post, it was mainly brought on by my shock at going out specifically to find DDS and finding it in the first store I went to.

I have the Persona 3 soundtrack on, the Velvet Room music makes me cream.

As someone who owns a PC that can happily play CoD 4, I see no reason why my inviting friends to play Halo 3 should be a bad thing. Perhaps this is true of your 3 inviters?
