Here are a few KoFXII videos I recorded. These are replays from my first week with the game so my playing is not very good as I was still learning the game systems. Even though my play sucks, I find these matches entertaining. I'm now at the level that people are either much better or much worse than I am. I find blowout matches boring.

Arcade Hardware


As you can tell, I love arcade hardware. When I first got into fighters, I needed an arcade stick. The day I bought my SNES, I also bought a lame ass joystick. I later bought an Ascii SN Arcade Pro stick. I now own all of the sticks you see above. To break it down, the two at the top are SNES sticks. Next up are the 2 Hori Wii sticks, then my Mega Man modded HRAP3. My SFIV SE stick is modded with a Sanwa JLF stick and Seimitsu 2 tone buttons. The NeoGeo modded HRAP3 features Seimitsu transparent buttons. Finally, my three NeoGeo 2 sticks, for PS2, Wii and PS3. I love those sticks.

Where is this leading? I just hit 37. I figure I'm due for a mid-life crisis in the next few years. My wife is awesome; she likes games, comics and has blue hair and tattoos. In other words, she's a keeper. I'm not into sports cars. My Scion xA is great. That leads me back to arcade hardware. I don't have the room for a cabinet and I don't have the skill to create one of those tiny cabinets that were featured on the front page. So, I'm thinking my mid-life crisis will be buying a NeoGeo AES, a couple of sticks and several REALLY expensive games.
