Yea, it's only a month late. Being poor, and the fact that in Australia games cost around 10 million dollars, I couldn't afford this game, so I decided to check out the demo, see what all the fuss is about. I've never really played any of the other SC games, so I don't really know what's going on. The demo lets you play as 2 characters, "Nightmare" and "Cassandra". I picked Nightmare, he's a fucking tank. You can only the story mode, only 2 fights into it, each with 2 different fighters.. First time I played I changed into some chick and I HAVE NO IDEA HOW I DID IT?! The second level is in the middle of a lake or and I knocked both fighters out of the ring in about 10 seconds. And then a third stage appears and the announcer says something like "A powerful challenger has appeared". And it's Yoda, and then the demo ends.BAWWWWWWWWW.
After seeing the Joker's fatality, who wants to play boring old Soul Calibur now?
Come on, now.
Guess I'll change that.
Don't ever fucking compare the great franchise of Soul Edge/Caliber to the POS Mortal Kombat crap.
lol loads of but
@JACK of No Trades
Seoul Kalibur
Lol punkass
Played it on normal and the opponents didn't even fight back, tried again on hard and they just annihilated me. I would probably enjoy it with a bit of practice but there's one thing I hate that fighting games sometimes do and this does it:
Why the fucking shit do they list moves as A, B, K, G etc? As if there aren't enough buttons on modern controllers already I now have to memorise what you want to call the buttons before learning the combos? fuck you.
Oh and that Rock character or whatever his name was? Jesus Christ his animations were fucking AWFUL!
ugh.
