9:21pm. Saturday Night. Raining outside. Sitting here BAWD OUT OFF MI BRAINZ!!1 So I decided to pull out the old SNES. What's the first game I stumble across? DONALD DUCK IN MAUI MALLARD!!!11 A game were you can be Donald Duck who turns into a totally badass ninja. You start the game dressed like Donald was on holidays, but he also has a gun that shoots green goo at stuff. the objective is to walk around this building collecting treasure. You can also find upgrades for you guna and drinks to heal your health. Donald has some pretty awesome idle animations, one were he accidentally shoots himself in the face with his gun. After going around and collecting treasure you eventually find a huge-ass metal spider, who shoots little spiders to you as a boss. He's pretty tough, but I can beat him.
After that you have to play a mini game in with Donald is on a stage and he has to climb up the set of hanging stars and clouds. Then after that, you become a Ninja! You start the stage as normal Donald but a few feet in a weird Voodoo guy descends from the heavens and turns you into a NINJA KILLING MACHINE! The game gives you the option to change back to Donald at any time, I don't know why you would want to do this... the game stays the same except for as well as collecting treasure, you collect ninja tokens as well, and you can do cool ninja moves like climbing up narrow walls and swinging using your stick. The combat is retarded though, we both ninja ducks standing there hitting each other with sticks. It looks dumb and is hard.
To finish, it's a pretty fun game.
Now I'm going to watch Star Wars Ep.5
Toughest part for me was the bungee jumping. One of the later ones always gets me.
I just stumbled across it recently at a flea market and bought it for $5 for SNES, have yet to play it though.
Also, I heard the Genesis version was somewhat superior.
yeah, not my cup of tea. Ive never played the other versions.
