Well its a licensed game, those are rarely good but yes I agree, try PC gaming if you really wanna see rushed games(BUT HEY THEY GET A PATCH LATER.)
In b4 the avalanche of die/Reaprar/failblog comments.
Whilst it is the best 360 game to date for me, and I was obsessed with it for a month (1050 achievement points to prove it) - Mass Effect was incredibly rushed as a final product to me. I must have encountered about 10 seperate game-breaking bugs in my 80 or so hours of playing it.
Wind Waker. Nuff said.
