I've played Harder games.......but it's still kicking my ass. I tried Galaxy Man first....got my ass kicked by the douche bots that bounce you.
then Hornet man......got raped
Then Concrete man which when I had an E take I was able to reach Concrete man.
See though I'm use to having 5 lives from the Anniversary collection. I'm not used to having 3 lives. Also start is the pause menu and back is the weapons menu that'll take getting used to.
YES the analog stick DOES WORK and it's more sensitive this time than it was in AC.
I'm gonna have breakfast and tackle the game some more. I think part of my ass kicking was that I played it half asleep.
Dude start with one level and then play it over and over until you get it down. It's the only way to beat any Mega Man game and once you've got it down you won't need any tanks. I say start with Galaxy man as his is easiest without any weapon upgrades in my opinion.
Man, I love Mega Man a lot too, but that still didn't get me up that early. Course it doesn't help I have a nasty cold right now. I'll be downloading this after my 3 classes today....something tells me i'll be skipping at least one of them. :)
Was Xbox Live being a piece of shit to anybody else this morning? I went to download this before work and I couldn't connect, so I tested the connection and it said everything was aces except Live itself. After waiting a bit I was able to eventually log into XBL, only to get booted out again about 30% through the Mega Man download. I was able to immediately re-connect and get downloading again, but then I had to get going so who knows if this'll be ready for me when I get home...
Galaxy Man is the easiest by a long long way and his weapon will make the second half of Concrete Man's stage a lot easier. Get those 2 first then do Splash Woman, you need her weapon to annihilate Hornet Man.
Splash Woman should be first because her weapon is the most generally useful and because she's a total pushover, and the boss rotation starting with her is the esaiest to complete. Starting with Galaxy Man actually makes the boss rotation much harder.
Yea, I barely got to play this because I had to go to work. I was 20 minutes late because I stayed up waiting for it, barely played it, and went to bed.
Also, off topic, but Anthony Bordain is the freakin man. I loved a Chef's Tour and now No Reservations

But now you have it and can join in on the epicness!!

I actually started with Galaxy Man, and had no problem with the game at all. In fact, the only times I ever died were in Wily Castle.
