This thanksgiving I am thankful for the Dreamcast which turns 10 today

Millions across the US sit down to eat turkey and get drunk and watch a shitty football game. However it is also the 10th Brithday of the Dreamcast which launched in Japan 10 years ago.

Ya know before gloabal launches existed.

The System that Gave us Shenmue, the last great sonic game, Jet set Radio, The Best Versions of many 2d Fighters and countless other classics.

Games for the system are still being made by Indy developers.

I don't think it's an arguable fact that Sega died with the Dreamcast and THIS Sega we have now is not the Sega we loved back in the day.

The Dreamcast isn't my favorite system though......it's only in my top 3 my top 5 favorite system are

5. Genesis
4. SNES
3. Dreamcast
2. PS2
1. XBOX 360

it launched in america 9-9-99 and i fucking had it day one with sonic adventure. had that bass fishing game with the motion reel and everybody loved to play that one game whenever at my house. Happy Thanksgiving
