I played the Hell out of Code Veronica. I have the Wesker's Report DVD. I owned 4 for gamecube but traded it as I decided the PS2 version was the one to have (widescreen and Ada's game) I own 2 but haven't played it.

So yeah I'm not a huge RE fan. But I loved Code Veronica and 5 just......has IT The same appeal that CV has......and that's a shit load of Wesker.

He's just BADASS.

All right, I've been super excited about this game and every single trailer has made me even more excited, but this one actually makes me worried.

What's this teleporting bullshit Wesker does? They better come up with some reasonable explanation for that or I am going to be massively pissed off. I also don't like how that trailer plays it off as more of an action game then a survival horror game.

Reasonable explanation? Did you play RE4? It was one of the most ludicrous game I've ever played (story wise).

I know that. But teleport-fucking-tation? That is just too much. I can understand super strength and super speed being granted via the T virus, that is believable by RE standards but not teleportation.

He's not teleporting, he's just moving really fast, didn't you play Code Veronica Aborto? He was like that in that game as well, Wesker injected himself before the Tyrant killed him in Resident Evil 1, that's why he escaped because whatever the hell he injected himself with gave him superhuman abilities, his eyes glow red when he takes off his shades.

I played Veronica Nanbu, but I'm seeing puffs of black smoke whenever he goes from one place to another in that trailer.

Aborto, you have to think a little. Wesker was infected at the Arklay labs in RE1, dated as 1999 by the games. The virus in his system has had years to work its magic, as Wesker has sneaked around behind the scenes of RE.

We all saw how strong he was in Code Veronica fighting Chris. RE4 was set in 2004, so RE5 will be probably 08/09 in setting. That's a damn long time for that virus to change Wesker. I'm sure it will make it all the more interesting, if we get a shot at a Wesker boss. I'm sure we'd all love that. Make it happen, Capcom.

Good god, who hasn't played RE2? That's one of the series highlights.
