I wish I had more for you guys that but that was all I could find. I THINK this posting is ok since we had the molestation game front paged a few days back.
So what can we expect now that Itagaki is gone and out of Tecmo?
I think the XBOX exclusive days are over UNLESS Tecmo has an agreement with Microsoft to Keep DOA on XBOX. And in fairness If DOA goes mutiplatform Namco should swallow their pride and make Tekken Multiplatform as well.
Ninja Gaiden will need a new visionary behind it. I don't know if Tecmo has one. Rygar was supposed to be a good game though I think who ever was behind that should be behind the new Ninja Gaiden.
If Tecmo Bowl does well for them again I expect that team to replace Itagaki's as their A team.
Tecmo though might just be doomed without that perverted Douche making games for them
though.
So why the images of nudity?
Itagaki has been very anal about his girl's breasts being seen by the public. He's the Creepy foster Father. ONLY HE can see the girls naked and he thought of the girls of DOA had his own "Daughters" Nobody else at Tecmo thinks this so I think it's safe to say the rest of the people at Tecmo will finally give the fans what they modded into the game to begin with Hardcore nudity! (insert Simpsons clip here)
As for making Tekken multiplatform, perhaps the reason Namco doesn't do that is because they can't. I do not know for sure, but judging by the past 10 years, it seems as if there is some sort of exclusive agreement between Namco and Sony. Although I can honestly see that changing soon.
Anyway, who is to say NG will continue? We'll have to see how this new one sells in the US, because just going multiplatform isn't going to solve all the problems. The PS3 still has a considerably smaller install base here in the US, and even in Japan, where the 360 barely exists, the PS3 isn't exactly flying off the shelves.
It's a shame really, as this is only making it harder for good Japanese games to make their way to the US. There isn't too much of a market for them on the 360 in America , and in Japan, there's like no market at all for the 360. The PS3 is barely there in Japan also. Everybody is busy playing portables and the Wii over there.
Notice the distinct lack of JRPGs being developed. It's not that they're making them but not bringing them to America, it's that they aren't making them at all. Who's buying them?
What I mean is they're half naked or mostly naked but Itagaki's warped mind wouldn't have let it go all the way if you understand what I mean.
I don't think Ninja Gaiden II will head to PS3 Because Microsoft is publishing it. III however we might see some multiplatformness.
As for Namco and Sony's Agreement? Nothing is concrete and if the PS3 isn't selling Namco can do what ever they want with their flagship fighter. Though some may argue that it's now Soul Calibur and not Tekken. But tekken was on the gameboy before so never say never.

Also, what are you trying to get at?

I have an impression of Itagaki as an arrogant jerk. His "farewell" speech ignored all the hard work that the rest of Team Ninja put into each game.
No-one is indispensable, no matter how important he thinks he is - and hey, maybe now we can lose the Aerosmith music!
