No games yet I just got back from Barnes and Noble and figure Might as well update my readers on what I'm reading.

today's graphic novels are all from the same author and i wasn't even aware they were until I got home.

DVDs



Oh man, The jewel in my Chrismas Crown. It's probably the best compliation of Batman tales until Nolan and Christian Bale read some comics and decided to make some small student Films. (heh heh heh)



I don't know why I liked this as a kid. But watching it now I see it as a totally different beast. It used to air in the US on Nick before it was bombarded with SHIT. Back when Nick used to show Anime before anime was even cool. But anyways. DM is pure British Humor. More Puns in 10 minutes than a whole hour of the equally Classic Rocky and Bullwinkle. I like it even more now than when I was a 6 and 7 year old kid. It's not something many people know about but if you check it out you're in for a real treat.



I am a little disapointed. by this one. I LOVE Homestar Runner shit. it's Fresh and clean humor and Clean humor tends to be more creative than profanity laden humor. (I like that too but it's just not as clever) It's not that the content is bad. But 1. I was expecting 100 more e-mails than what I got. (I asked for the first 100 e-mails set) But there aren't a ton of extras the easter eggs aren't as easy to find either. Yeah, It's nice to watch these on TV but the DVDs need more to warrent buying something you can see on line for free.

FINALLY saw this. It's sad that Heath is no longer with us. He's the 2nd Best Joker (Mark Hammel is the best Joker) Christian Bale is a good Batman better than anyone before him. It was just well casted and well written and the characterizations are spot on with the comics. Somebody read their comic Books. This movie also proved my 360 will be used for more than just playing games. as I rented to more movies.



I had to I just had to. This movie looks sooooooooooo funny. I love Ben Stiller. Jack Black has his moments. and Robert Downey Jr just cracks me up whenever I see the trailer. SO I had to download this one. I'm watching this tonight. Alone or not. I downloaded another one for my dad to watch tonight.



Face the Truth Roberto Benini and Steve Martin aren't Peter Sellers. Peter Sellers is a comic Genius and These flims are his most memorable. Once I saw this on XBLM I coughed up more points just to get it.

Graphic Novels and Art books

I still have Ronin and The Dark Knight Returns from the last time to read but I picked up more stuff tonight. All by the same writer which was NOT intentional. Also an art book I've had for months that I've been glancing at alot more lately.



Amano is my favorite Japanese artist. He's not some Dude making manga for Weeaboos. He's a True Artist his style is just amazing and the stuff he did for the earlier Final Fantasy games is nothing short of amazing. Here is a collection of Art he did for the amazing Vampire tale of D. Yep over 500 pages of Vampire Hunter D art work and a short story. HIGHLY recomended.



My new fangled Comic Collection is missing some Marvel. I don't know where to go for Spiderman at the moment but Wolverene has a ton of good books. This one as I understand is his final battle with Sabretooth.
It was also all Barnes and Noble had.



Hush had been recommended and it seems like a short read. I saw it I grabbed it and I'm going to read this after The Dark Knight returns.



Another highly Praised Batman book. But I know NOTHING about this one.



Another one I decided to check out.
