here it is non blury and....... dear god is this the fakest thing I have ever seen. clearly a poor photoshop job.

or at the least paint. Capcom can do way better than this.

Edit: Here's my version of the Screen shot........even faker than before...but also way better than the first one

Christ. Nice effort but there's just... SO much wrong. First and foremost: the black background. They quit doing that crap after Mega Man 1.

Yeah the sprite of Rockman is really, really, really, really unforgivably shitty. MM7 looked better than that. Hell Mega Man games on the NES were more remarkable. the blast looks about as good as Mega Man 4's.

And why on EARTH does Rockman's lifebar not extend to be even with the symbol for his power? The lifebar and pwoer have always had seperate symbols.

Hopefully Capcom will release some valid teaser screenshots soon. I hate having to play the guessing game about Mega Man 9. I've been waiting for this game for way too long. I'm still crossing my fingers that it doesn't get canceled sometime in the future.

UseMyName, there's a difference between using 8-bit sprites and the character looking like ass. Some beautiful things can be done with 8-bit sprites.

As much as I love the throwback to the 8-bit era, I would much rather have an HD hand drawn Megaman game that plays like its NES predecessors than looks like them.
