Nice dick shot in that second video.
That was intentional. The first video I did several.
I mean you're telling me that a an engineer in space and a coast guard can walk while shooting but a big bad commando can't.
Standard enemies move in the same exact same way, its the old ganado animations, Chris's context moves aren't as flashy as Leon's, you still move slow and clunky.
And what the hell was with the durability of the bad guys? That chainsaw dude took forever to die and he barely flinched.
Toned down death animations(cutting away from the chainsaw behead? I mean really?) I'm hoping its just for the japanese release.
Oh and Sheeva's stupidity, didn't matter with Ashley since she stood behind you but Sheeva is meant to support you and constantly gets in the way, worst of all, if you don't tell her to grab ammo she doesn't do it herself so you have to babysit her as well.
The entire thing was just terrible, its like they just re-skinned Resident Evil 4.
"And what the hell was with the durability of the bad guys? That chainsaw dude took forever to die and he barely flinched."
That's kind of the point. Those enemies are supposed to soak up a lot of ammo and be really ridiculously hard to kill the first few times you run into them.

That I'll agree on. I like the option of having two-player co-op, but it seems like Sheva's going to be more trouble than she's worth when controlled by the AI.
The one thing about Sheva though is that if she dies, it's game over. (or start from last save/checkpoint) she shouldn't die if the AI is controlling her, just be incapacitated until you revive her. That way you only have to restart if you mess up. But in Co-op if either dies the game ends that would make more sense.
One other aspect I noticed is that co-op is pretty much required, that explains the enemies being so tough, you're meant to take them down with someone else, no game should force you to do that.
